The leadership team each have over 10 years of rich experience in design & build specific to the China market. Our mission is simple: we want to spend our professional lives creating the best-in-class projects that become benchmarks in our industry. “Good enough” is strictly not accepted when we evaluate ourselves and our project partners. We subscribe to a ‘flat management’ style, ensuring our team members spend as much as time as possible focused on project commitments. Flat management also allows our leadership team to be personally involved in each project. In this way, each project receives the care and attention required to achieve the quality standards expected.
Our leadership team consists of three partners with deep experience at the largest and most successful design & build firms in the industry. We saw that the industry has developed significantly in the last 10 years – but in many ways the industry has become too traditional and process-driven, cranking out cookie-cutter projects like a factory assembly line. We believe that each project should be a tailor-made solution for a client’s specific requirements, creating better, healthier and more productive environment for our client’s team members and stakeholders. How do we do this? A simple formula of attention to detail - from technology implementation, to workplace strategy principles, to acoustic/lighting quality standards are essential to this process.
