About Partners

Our leadership team consists of three partners with deep experience at the largest and most successful design & build firms in the industry. We saw that the industry has developed significantly in the last 10 years – but in many ways the industry has become too traditional and process-driven, cranking out cookie-cutter projects like a factory assembly line. We believe that each project should be a tailor-made solution for a client’s specific requirements, creating better, healthier and more productive environment for our client’s team members and stakeholders. How do we do this? A simple formula of  attention to detail - from technology implementation, to workplace strategy principles, to acoustic/lighting quality standards are essential to this process.
